Hi, I’m Yiannis.
When I designed this tour, I didn’t just want to build another standard route with photo stops. I wanted to show you Preveza and its coast the way we locals experience it: stress-free, unhurried, taking the best scenic roads and discovering hidden gems that are tough to find on your own.
Our day starts effortlessly. I’ll pick you up directly from your hotel or accommodation. You just step into the car, sit back, and leave all the planning to me.
We’ll begin with a drive along Preveza’s coastline. We’ll pass by the spots where we locals love to take our daily swims, see the historic Thermal Baths, and admire the seaside fortresses while I share the stories behind every corner.
Next, we follow the coastal road past Monolithi—Europe’s longest continuous sandy beach—before making a stop. There, we’ll sit down for an authentic Greek coffee or refreshing drink right by the waves, easing fully into vacation mode.
After coffee, we set off for the true crown jewels of the region:
Alonaki Fanariou: A breathtaking bay where green pine trees reach right down to crystal-clear, deep blue-green waters. I’ll also reveal my favorite local tip: if you float still in the water, the small local fish will treat you to a natural… spa treatment!
Skala Valanidorachis: Just 5 minutes further, we’ll stop to take in the panoramic cliffside views. Here, the waters are shallower, warmer, and perfectly calm—ideal if you’re traveling with family or simply looking for pure relaxation.
You decide where we anchor down for our swim. We’ll have a full 1.5 hours to swim, unwind, and explore the marine life. In the back, I’ve already set up beach umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, and a portable cooler packed with cold water, soft drinks, and snacks so you won’t need to worry about a thing.
Once we’ve soaked in the views, memories, and salty sea air, we’ll enjoy a smooth, comfortable ride back to your stay.
This isn’t a crowded tour bus or a commercialized excursion. It’s a warm, private experience made just for you and your group (up to 4 people), crafted to make you feel like a guest, not a tourist.
